Yes. Every build is mobile-first. Most local businesses get over 60% of their traffic from a phone, so the phone version is what we design before the desktop one.
No. The build price includes writing. I'll interview you, draft everything, and refine until it sounds like you. If you already have copy you love, even better.
That's a Pro-tier build. Standard handles a simple online catalogue. Real ecommerce (cart, checkout, stock, deliveries, payments) needs Pro because it's a different animal.
Unlimited at the design stage. That's the whole point of the plain promise. Once you've signed off the design and I've started building, changes get quoted separately.
Yes. We record a personalised Loom walkthrough at handover showing exactly how to update text, images, blog posts and prices, yours to keep. The technical side stays on our side via a care plan if you want one.
Your domain and your content are yours from day one, registered in your name. We own and run the build while you're on the plan, which is what lets us charge nothing upfront. Want to own it outright? You can buy it out at any time, or pick a pay-once package instead.
It rolls month to month and you can leave whenever you like. You keep your domain and your content either way, so you're never starting from zero. If you want to take the site itself with you, we'll quote a fair buy-out price.
Over 4 years it usually works out similar once you add up what pay-once really costs: the build, the hosting, a care plan, and the rebuild you'll want by year 3. The difference is the shape. No big bill up front, no surprise rebuild bill later, and the site never gets old enough to embarrass you.
