Local SEO moves slowly. Some changes (Google Business Profile fixes) show up in days. On-page SEO usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to settle. Real ranking changes take 3 to 6 months. Anyone promising faster is lying.
No. Local SEO works on whatever site you already have, as long as it's not catastrophically broken. If it is, I'll tell you in the free audit and we can talk about rebuilding.
For most local businesses, backlinks aren't the priority. Your time and money are better spent on Google Business Profile, on-page work, and reviews. If your site genuinely needs a backlink push, I'll tell you. I won't sell you a backlink package because they're mostly junk.
No. I do organic local SEO only. Google Ads is a different specialism and you're better off with someone who does that full-time. I can recommend two people locally if you want.

No. Nobody can. Anyone who guarantees rankings is either lying or planning to deliver them via spammy tactics that will hurt you long-term. I guarantee the work is done properly and documented. The rankings follow when the work is right.
