Built and run for you · a person stays in the loop

AI & automation.

Pick the job that's eating your week. Missed enquiries, invoice chasing, quotes that take days, two systems you copy data between by hand. We build the thing that does it, run it day to day, and keep a person across anything that matters.

plain english

What automation actually does for a small business.

Automation works best on one specific job at a time. Usually the one eating your week, or the one losing you customers. We start there: pick the job, build the thing, see if it pays for itself inside a month.

Some jobs sit on your website: a chatbot that qualifies enquiries while you sleep, a quote tool that turns "send me a price" into a real lead. Some run behind the scenes: an agent that chases your invoices, sorts the inbox, watches the deadlines. And some are glue, a build that connects two systems your team currently bridges by hand, retyping the same numbers twice.

We build it, run it, and stay on the hook for it. You're not handed a login and wished luck. We prove the first job pays for itself, then talk about the next.

on your website

Catch the customers you're missing.

Three tools that sit on your site and work the hours you don't. Setup covers build, training and hosting. Monthly covers usage up to a fair cap.

capture leads, day or night

A smart chatbot that asks the right questions.

Sits on your site, talks to visitors in plain language, qualifies them, captures their details, and emails you a tidy summary. Even at 2am on a Sunday.

Best for: trades, services, anyone whose enquiries land outside 9–5. Replaces a basic contact form with an actual conversation.

quote in seconds, not days

A conversational quote tool, made for trades.

Visitors describe the job, upload a photo or two, and get a rough estimate on the spot. You get the lead with everything you need to follow up, no back-and-forth to gather basics.

Best for: plumbers, electricians, decorators, landscapers. Anyone losing leads because the first reply takes too long.

about the monthly fee

The monthly fee covers everything: AI usage up to a sensible cap, hosting, monitoring, and updates. Most businesses never reach the cap. If yours does, I'll tell you before any extra is billed. Clear overage pricing, no surprise invoices. One predictable monthly bill, that's the deal.

the shape of it

One job, on a loop.

Four steps, every time. The agent runs the routine stuff on its own and brings the sensitive calls back to you. Everything it does gets written down.

audit log

Every action is recorded with the reason behind it, so you (or an auditor) can see exactly what happened and why.

who's on the hook

Why a person stays in the loop.

An agent left to run on its own is a liability. The value is in how it's supervised, and who's responsible when it gets something wrong. That's us.

01

A human stays in the loop

You decide what the agent can do on its own and what needs a yes from a person first. Money going out, a contract sent, anything sensitive: it asks before it acts.

02

Every action is logged

The agent keeps a record of what it did and why. When a customer or an auditor asks, you've got the answer in front of you, not a shrug.

03

It plays by the rules

Opt-outs, GDPR, the rules on who you can contact and how. We build those in from day one, because getting this wrong costs far more than the agent ever saves.

how it works

Small first, then wider.

Same approach as everything else I do. Plain English, a real look before you commit, no black box.

01

A free call

We talk through where your week goes. I'll tell you straight if an agent's the wrong tool, which happens more often than you'd think. If it's a fit, I'll say what I'd build.

02

A paid pilot

We put one agent on one process, supervised, for a fixed run. You watch exactly what it does and what it saves. No long contract to find out whether it works.

03

Then wider

Once it's earning its keep, we widen what it handles or add the next agent. You only grow it when the last one's paid for itself.

what it costs

The website tools above have their prices on the card. Agent and custom builds come in two parts: a setup fee to build and train it, then a monthly fee that covers running it, the AI usage, and keeping a person across it. We scope both to your specific process, after the call, so the number actually means something. Agent builds start with a paid pilot, never a year-long commitment.

Got a job that eats the week?

Tell me the process you wish would just run itself. A 20-minute call will tell us whether an agent can take it off your hands, and roughly what that's worth to you.
