For salons & barbers · Midlands

Booked while they're still scrolling.

People pick a chair from a phone, usually from Instagram. I build salon sites that do the site's real job: the before-and-after, the price list, and a booking button wired into the tools you already use.

From-prices · up front
01 · the real issue

The diary fills, or it leaks.

Every chair runs on the same three problems. None of them is fixed by a prettier logo, and all three are fixed by a site that books.

The DM pile
Tonight's bookings are sitting in Instagram DMs, and they get answered after close, one thumb at a time.
The empty chair
A no-show with no deposit taken. The hour's gone, the colour's mixed, and nobody pays for either.
The scroll
People pick a chair from a phone, from photos. If your work isn't there to find, someone else's is.

No made-up salon statistics here. If you run a chair, you've lived all three, and that's the point.

02 · the site

What good looks like for a salon.

This is Rowan & Rose, a salon concept I built to show the standard. Hover it and it browses itself.

  • 01Booking front and centre

Wired into the Fresha or Booksy you already run, so the book stays one book and the DMs stop being a diary.

  • 02A price list people can trust

From-prices where hair honestly changes the job. The salon that shows the number reads as the one with nothing to hide.

  • 03Stylists with names and faces

People book their person, not a chair. Profiles are how a first visit turns into a standing appointment.

  • 04The work, doing the selling

A gallery of real cuts and colour with named reviews beside it. That's what the scroll came looking for.

Rowan & Rose is a concept, not a real salon. Yours gets built on your work, your prices, your people.

03 · the other half

The jobs you do after close.

A site gets you found. These three eat your evenings, and every one of them is a small build.

1

Bookings living in Instagram DMs

Today

The DMs pile up while you're mid-colour. You answer them from the sofa after close, and half the askers have already booked somewhere quicker by then.

What I'd build

Online booking on your own site, wired into the Fresha, Booksy or whatever you already run. The DM gets a link, the link gets a booking, and your evening stays yours.

2

No-shows with nothing at stake

Today

A Saturday no-show with no deposit taken. The chair sits empty, the colour's mixed, and the client who'd have loved that slot booked somewhere else on Tuesday.

What I'd build

Deposit-backed booking. A small card hold when they book, taken off the bill when they turn up. Once there's something at stake, the diary starts telling the truth.

Lapsed regulars nobody chases

Today

Everyone has clients who came every month, then quietly stopped. Nobody notices in the moment, and there's never a spare evening to go looking for them.

What I'd build

A win-back nudge that spots when a regular's overdue and sends a friendly message in your voice, with the booking link one tap away. Old clients cost nothing to find.

Ask about this

If you want the numbers for your own setup, I'll build you a proper ROI on the jobs worth doing. If you've answered DMs from the sofa at 10pm, you already know.

04 · what it costs

Priced like chair rent you can plan.

Most salons take the subscription: nothing upfront, one monthly amount, and the website stops being the job you do after close.

Starter
£149/mo
Nothing upfront · 12-month term

The salon site done properly. Booking, prices, the gallery, stylist profiles, reviews, hosting, changes and care, bundled.

Start with Starter
Rather pay once? Builds start at £595 with care plans from £49 a month. The full ladder is on the pricing page, and I'll always tell you if the smaller option fits.

They're choosing a chair right now, on their phone. Be the easy yes.

Fifteen minutes on the phone and I'll tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If your current site just needs its prices fixing, I'll say so.
