For health clinics · Midlands

People don't search for a clinic. They search what's hurting.

Patients refer themselves now. I build clinic sites around symptoms, honest treatment explanations and an easy first booking, doing the work a receptionist can't. Plus small tools that take intake forms and reminders off the desk.

Book by what's bothering you
01 · the real issue

The patient finds you at 9pm, on their phone.

Nobody rings round clinics from the sofa. They search, they read, and they book with whoever made it easy. The first visit is decided before you know they exist.

The symptom search
They type "lower back pain", not "physio". If your pages are named after your profession, the person in pain never finds them.
The first-booking barrier
A clinic you can only book by phone, in office hours, loses the late-night searcher to whoever has a button.
The empty slot
A paper diary with no reminders quietly loses appointments. Nobody's to blame, and nobody notices until the week's takings.

The patients haven't changed, the searching has. This page is about being the clinic that meets them where they already are: on a phone, late, typing the thing that hurts.

02 · the site

What good looks like for a clinic.

This is Stride & Field, a physiotherapy concept I built to show the standard. Hover it and it walks through itself.

  • 01A page per symptom, in the patient's words

Back pain, sports injuries, the shoulder that won't settle. Pages named the way people search, each one ending in a booking button.

  • 02Online booking with a deposit option and reminders

The 9pm searcher books on the spot, the deposit makes the appointment feel real, and the reminder gets them through the door.

  • 03Credentials and registration numbers, explained

Whatever bodies your discipline answers to, shown and put into plain English. Patients can't rate your hands, so they rate your proof.

  • 04Clear pricing, including what insurers cover

People hesitate over the unknown more than the amount. Say what a session costs and how insurance works before they have to ask.

Stride & Field is a concept, not a real clinic. Yours gets built on your services, your practitioners, your prices.

03 · the other half

The jobs that eat clinic hours.

A site gets you found. These three run all week around the treatment room, and every one is a small build that hands the hours back.

1

The diary with no reminders

Today

Appointments live in a phone diary and nothing nudges the patient beforehand, so a missed one stings twice: the empty slot now and the awkward rebooking call after.

What I'd build

Online booking wired to reminders by text and email, so the slot gets filled without a phone call and the patient gets nudged before they can forget.

2

Paper intake, typed up later

Today

New patients fill in intake and consent forms on paper, in the waiting room, and someone re-types them into the system between appointments.

What I'd build

A digital pre-visit intake sent with the booking confirmation, done at home and landing straight in the practice system you already run. Nothing gets keyed twice.

3

Discharged, and never asked

Today

A patient finishes treatment feeling better than they have in months, says thank you at the desk, and is never asked for the review that would bring in the next one.

What I'd build

An automatic review request after discharge, timed for when the goodwill is warmest, pointing at the profile where the next patient will look.

Ask about this

Every one is a small build that connects to the tools you already run. If you want the numbers for your own setup, I'll build you a proper ROI on the jobs worth doing.

04 · working together

Moving to us is easier than it sounds.

Most clinics leave their site and their admin as they are because changing feels like a project. Here's the whole of it, in four steps.

Step 01

A quick call

Twenty minutes. I look at your current site and how bookings and intake actually run, then tell you honestly where there's a quick win and where there isn't.

Step 02

I build the demo

You see a real, clickable version of the site and the first tool, on your clinic's name and colours, not a slide deck of what it might become.

Step 03

We wire it in

It connects to the practice system you already run, Cliniko, Jane or similar, plus your diary and notes. Nothing that works gets rebuilt.

Step 04

Looked after for life

It stays quick, current and compliant as the rules and the work move. That's the part other builders hand over and forget.

05 · what it costs

Priced like a block of sessions.

Most clinics take the subscription: nothing upfront, one monthly amount, and the website and the admin stop being a job for whoever's between patients.

Starter
£149/mo
Nothing upfront · 12-month term

The clinic site done properly. Symptom pages, credentials explained, an easy first booking, hosting, changes and care, bundled.

Start with Starter
Rather pay once? Builds start at £595 with care plans from £49 a month. The full ladder is on the pricing page, and I'll always tell you if the smaller option fits.

The next patient is already searching. Be the answer.

Fifteen minutes on the phone and I'll tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If your current site just needs tidying, I'll say so.
